Physical delivery

Digital to physical.

In-house printer, VFX modeling background, and the full pipeline from concept sketch to physical object in your hands.

🖨
In-House Printer — No Outsourcing
FDM and resin printers on-site. No third-party delays, no quality surprises. The print is as controlled as the model.
🎮
VFX Pipeline Experience
Render-ready assets at game cinematic quality. Proper topology, UV maps, and material setups — not just a shape that looks OK from one angle.
🏆
Collector-Grade Output
From game-ready low-poly to high-detail collectible figurines. Sculpture-level surface detail with print-ready mesh optimization.
🎨
Full Texturing & Rendering
Substance Painter-grade materials. Studio-quality renders with HDRI lighting, depth of field, and product-viz composition.
📦
Render + Physical Delivery
You get both: high-resolution renders for digital use AND the physical printed object. One workflow, two deliverables.
🔧
Engineering-Aware Design
Wall thickness, support strategies, tolerance for mechanical fit — I design for printability, not just aesthetics.

Every package includes

From polygon to physical — the complete delivery.

🧊
3D Model Files
FBX, OBJ, STL, and native Blender/Maya files. Game-ready, render-ready, and print-ready versions provided.
🎨
Textures & Materials
PBR texture maps: albedo, roughness, metallic, normal, AO. Substance Painter source file included on Studio packages.
📸
Studio Renders
4–8 high-resolution product renders in multiple angles. Ready for web, print, and pitch decks.
🖨
Physical Print
FDM or resin print depending on detail needs. Includes support removal, cleanup, and basic finishing. Material cost billed separately.
🔄
Revision Rounds
Structured feedback rounds before printing begins. We confirm the digital model before committing to material.
📋
Scale & Reference Guide
Dimensional specs, scale reference images, and material recommendations so you always know exactly what you're getting.

Clear rates. No surprises.

Let's Talk

⚠ Print material costs (filament, resin) are always billed separately at cost on all packages. Quoted before printing begins.

How it works.

Six stages — from reference to physical object in your hands.

01
Step 01
Brief & Reference
Day 1
Dimensions, scale, end-use, print material, reference images. Everything confirmed before modeling starts — no surprises at delivery.
02
Step 02
Scale & Concept
Days 2–3
Concept sketches or blockout mesh presented for approval. We align on proportions before detailed modeling begins.
03
Step 03
Modeling
Days 4–9
Full 3D model build. Clean topology, correct UV unwrap, and print-safe geometry — built right the first time.
04
Step 04
Texturing
Days 9–11
PBR texturing in Substance Painter. Materials reflect real-world physical properties — not just painted color.
05
Step 05
Print Prep
Day 11–12
STL mesh validation, support strategy, print orientation, and material cost quote confirmed before the printer starts.
06
Step 06
Print & Delivery
Days 12–20
Print, cleanup, and finishing. Renders delivered digitally. Physical piece shipped or available for pickup in Montréal.

Questions, answered.

What's not included in the price?+
Print material costs — filament (FDM) or resin — are always billed separately at cost. These are quoted and approved before printing begins. There are no hidden fees beyond materials.
What materials do you print in?+
FDM: PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU. Resin: standard, ABS-like, and dental/engineering resins for fine detail. Material recommendation depends on end-use — discussed at brief stage.
Can you match an existing product or reference?+
Yes — reference matching is the norm, not the exception. Send photos, dimensions, existing CAD files, or physical samples. I reverse-model from reference when needed.
Do you deliver digitally only, or physically too?+
Both. Every package includes digital deliverables (3D files + renders). Physical print is included in Product Viz and up. Single Model can add a print for material cost only.
What's the maximum print size?+
FDM: up to 300×300×400mm in one piece. Resin: up to 192×120×245mm. Larger pieces are split and post-assembled. This is discussed at brief stage.
Can you do game-ready assets?+
Yes — low-poly game-ready models with LODs, baked normal maps, and Unity/Unreal-ready materials. VFX background means proper topology for rigging and animation is standard practice.
Do you paint or finish the prints?+
Basic finishing (support removal, sanding, primer) is included. Full painting and custom finishing is available as an add-on — quoted per project based on complexity and color count.

Full pipeline.

One creative — every discipline.
