Questions, answered.

Do you work with existing brand assets?+
Yes — and it's the preferred starting point. Send me your brand guidelines, logo files, and any existing assets. I work within your system, not around it.
What file formats do you deliver?+
Standard delivery: MP4 (H.264 and H.265), MOV (ProRes where needed), GIF, and transparent PNG sequences. I also deliver the original After Effects project file so you're never locked in.
Can I request revisions?+
Every package includes structured revision rounds (1–3 depending on tier). Revisions outside scope are billed at $60/hr with your approval first — no surprises.
Do you animate video ads for paid media?+
Yes. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube pre-roll, TikTok, programmatic — I know the spec requirements and deliver platform-ready files. Just tell me where it's running.
Do you animate in 3D?+
Yes — Blender for 3D motion, After Effects for 2.5D and compositing. For full 3D product animations, see the 3D Modeling & Printing service page.
Can you deliver in under 48 hours?+
Rush delivery is available for select project types at a 50% surcharge. Reach out before booking to confirm availability. Quality doesn't get cut — only sleep does.
Do you work in French?+
Complètement. All briefs, scripts, title cards, and deliverables can be done in French, English, or both. Bilingual packages are not extra.
