Do you write captions too?+

Yes — caption copywriting is included in every package. French, English, or bilingual depending on your package. Brand voice is established in the strategy call and maintained throughout.

Is there a setup fee?+

No setup fee. The first month includes a strategy session and brand audit at no extra cost. You only pay the monthly rate.

What platforms do you cover?+

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Pinterest on request. Platform selection is based on where your audience actually is — not just everywhere for the sake of it.

Can I approve content before it posts?+

Yes — always. The content calendar and all creative assets are submitted for your approval before scheduling. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. That's non-negotiable.

Do you create photos or only design content?+

I design and produce all graphics, motion content, and edited video. For photography, I work with your existing photos or coordinate with a photographer. Stock photography is available for an additional fee.

Why the 3-month minimum on retainer packages?+

Social media takes time to build momentum. Three months is the minimum to see meaningful engagement growth and establish consistent brand presence. Month-one results are always quieter — that's true for everyone.

Can I pause or cancel my package?+

After the minimum commitment period, you can pause or cancel with 30 days notice. No penalty, no complicated contracts. The work speaks for itself — I don't need to lock you in.
