What's the difference between a logo and a brand identity?+
A logo is one mark. A brand identity is the full system — the mark, the colours, the typography, the rules for how everything fits together. A logo without a system gets misused immediately. That's why every package here builds a system, not just a file.
Will you work with my existing brand?+
Yes — brand evolution, refresh, and extension work is available. I'll audit what you have first: what's working, what isn't, what's missing. If the existing brand is strong, I build on it rather than replace it.
Do you design for screens and digital interfaces?+
Yes — screen and visual interface design is part of the offer, approached from a brand and visual design background. I apply brand systems to digital surfaces: website layouts, app screens, digital templates. Figma is used as the delivery format for screen work — a design handoff tool, not a UX platform. What this service is not: UX research, user testing, or product strategy. The work is about visual quality — brand-consistent, graphic UI that looks as considered on screen as it does in print.
Do you design editorial materials like annual reports?+
Yes — editorial design is a core part of this service. Annual reports, pitch decks, brochures, catalogues, large-format posters. All print-ready with proper CMYK handling, bleed settings, and direct printer coordination when needed.
What file formats do you deliver?+
AI (Illustrator source), EPS (universal vector), SVG (web/screen), PNG (transparent, multiple sizes), and PDF (print-ready). Every variant — primary, secondary, icon, horizontal, vertical, monochrome — in every format. You will never need to ask for a re-export.
Can I request revisions?+
Every package includes 2–3 structured revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed at $60/hr with your approval upfront. Revisions are part of the process — not a penalty for having an opinion.
Do you coordinate directly with printers?+
Yes. I provide press-ready PDF files (CMYK, correct bleeds and margins, embedded fonts) and can liaise directly with your printer or mine. Colour shift and pre-press errors are not surprises at this stage of the process.
How do you handle bilingual design?+
Every layout is tested in French and English. Typography choices, text expansion tolerances, and character set support are considered during the design phase — not patched in at the end. Brand guidelines include bilingual usage rules.
